Clarification: This law applies to any media used in connection with the hosting institution, be it Web, bulletin board, transactional or non-transactional Web. Establishment number must be posted on tour operator and receptive websites and brochures (B2B and B2C). However, anything printed prior to May 1, 2020 is not required to have this issue.
